Squares 9 Expands Phoenix Operations and Introduces Symphonia

Proprietary AI program expands the company’s Code Factory technology across critical corporate operations

Squares 9, Corporation today announced the expansion of its proprietary artificial intelligence program as the company consolidates its corporate operations in Phoenix and prepares for the launch and operation of the Squares 9 private social media platform.

The new program, called Symphonia, expands upon Code Factory, the proprietary AI software development system created by Squares 9 to accelerate engineering and platform development.

Advances in artificial intelligence technology are allowing Squares 9 to significantly expand the original concept. The company will upgrade Code Factory to Version 2.0 and develop eight additional AI systems to support the launch, operation and growth of Squares 9, along with other critical corporate functions.

Together, the nine systems will operate within the proprietary Symphonia architecture.

“Code Factory began as a way to substantially increase the speed and capability of our software development operation,” said John Halotek, Founder, President and CEO of Squares 9. “AI technology has advanced rapidly, and we now have the opportunity to apply that concept much more broadly. Symphonia will become an important part of how Squares 9 operates.”

Symphonia is being developed exclusively for Squares 9 and is not currently planned as a commercial product. The company said the technology will combine specialized artificial intelligence, proprietary software and human oversight within a controlled corporate environment.

The initiative coincides with the consolidation of Squares 9 corporate operations in Phoenix, which will serve as the center of the company’s platform development, AI operations and expanding corporate activities.

“Phoenix is becoming the operational center of Squares 9,” Halotek said. “Symphonia is part of the infrastructure we are putting in place for the company we intend to become.”

Squares 9 Establishes Phoenix Headquarters as Company Begins Consolidating Operations

Squares 9, Corporation today announced that it has established its corporate headquarters at 2325 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 400, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.

Since its founding in Peoria, Arizona, in August 2024, Squares 9 has operated primarily as a distributed organization while building the company, its governance framework, and the Squares 9 platform. Establishing the Phoenix headquarters marks the first step in a planned transition toward bringing more of the company’s corporate and operational functions together as Squares 9 grows.

The new headquarters is located at 24th at Camelback II in the Camelback Corridor. Environmental performance was one of the considerations in selecting the property as the company’s corporate headquarters. Hines lists the building as LEED Gold certified in 2023 and previously LEED EBOM Platinum certified in 2018. The property also has a long history of ENERGY STAR certification.

The selection reflects Squares 9’s commitment to environmental responsibility and the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance program. As Squares 9 develops its physical corporate presence, the company intends to consider environmental performance alongside business, operational, and financial requirements when making facility decisions.

Squares 9 Closes $100,000 Seed Round to Support Platform Launch and Growth
