Squares 9 Closes $100,000 Seed Round to Support Platform Launch and Growth

Squares 9, Corporation today announced the successful close of its seed funding round, raising $100,000 in exchange for 500,000 shares of common stock. The round was funded by private investor Michael Kraus, who is expected to take a board seat at the company’s December board meeting.

The investment will support the launch of the Squares 9 platform and the company’s preparation for its Series A round. This milestone marks the first outside investment into the company following its pre-seed founding by the Halotek family in August 2024.
